Information we collect

We collect email addresses for sign-in, delivery and requested newsletters; workspace favorites, notes and to-do items; contact and constraint information submitted through consultation intake; order identifiers and payment status; and standard logs and analytics such as device, browser, referral and page usage. Stripe handles card details; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use information to provide the site and workspace, complete research, deliver and track orders, prevent abuse, respond to support, maintain records, improve content and measure site performance. We do not sell personal information or use consultation details for unrelated advertising.

Sensitive intake details

The consultation form can include physical limitations, equipment, licenses and financial constraints. Share only what is necessary for the research. Do not submit account passwords, government identification numbers, medical records or payment-card data.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payment processing, Mail Hub for transactional email, PostgreSQL and our server infrastructure for application data, Cloudflare for network delivery and Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement. These providers process data to perform services for us under their own terms.

Cookies and similar technology

We use an httpOnly session cookie for sign-in and analytics technology to understand visits and purchases. Browser or network controls may limit non-essential analytics; essential sign-in and checkout functionality may still require cookies.

Retention and security

We keep workspace data while your account remains active and as reasonably needed for support; you may request deletion. We keep consultation intake and delivery records only as long as reasonably needed to fulfill the order, support the customer and meet legal or accounting obligations; we generally review personalized intake for deletion after 24 months. We use access controls and private tracking tokens, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Every newsletter email includes a private unsubscribe link that immediately updates our suppression record after confirmation. You may also email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop optional email. We may retain transaction records where required. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply; we will respond as required by applicable law.

International processing and changes

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may update this policy when the service changes and will post the new effective date here.
