Refund Policy
Effective July 14, 2026
Operator Workspace subscription
You may cancel from the Stripe billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the period already paid. Except where law requires otherwise or a duplicate/error charge occurred, partial months and completed renewal charges are not refunded.
Downloadable resource bundle
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Tell us the order email and why the bundle did not work for you. Repeated purchase/refund abuse or redistribution of downloaded files may make a request ineligible, except where law requires otherwise.
Personalized consultations
You may request a full refund before personalized research begins. Once we mark the order as Research in progress, the service is generally non-refundable because work is customized to your intake. If we cannot deliver the purchased scope, or miss the delivery commitment for reasons within our control without agreeing a new date, you may choose a full refund.
Incomplete intake and follow-up
The delivery clock starts only after confirmed payment and complete intake. If a necessary answer is missing, we may pause the order while waiting for your reply. An unanswered request does not by itself create a missed-delivery refund.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your account or order email and, for consultations, the tracking code. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation or consumer rights that apply to you and cannot legally be waived.
