1. The service
UglyProfitable.com is an informational directory of business ideas, operated by CodeAustral LLC. We publish research, typical figures and launch guidance. We do not sell businesses, franchises or guaranteed outcomes.
2. No guarantees
All figures (startup costs, margins, revenue ranges) are typical ranges reported publicly by operators in each industry. They are educational estimates, not financial advice, projections or guarantees. Verify everything locally before spending money.
3. Pro subscription
Pro is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests within 7 days of a charge: email [email protected].
4. Acceptable use
One subscription = one human. Don't scrape, resell or republish the Pro content. The CSV export is for your personal analysis.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Starting a business is risky; gloves are recommended for several of ours.
